De & E International Consultant's services are initially confined geographically to Cambodia, however, the policy of the management is to extend provision of services to other developing countries in the region through sustainable growth. This will be achieved through associations or joint venture agreement with other local or expatriate firms, whose technical and professional standards are consistent with those of De & E International. As the results De & E International has extended its service to Lao PDR, Thailand and Vietnam.

De & E International Consultant in this will contribute to fostering the concepts of regional cooperation and exchange of technical expertise and "know-how".
