Corporate Profile : Introduction

Development and Engineering Consultant (De & E International Co., Ltd.) is intended to promote and to provide Cambodian intellectuals a solid technical formation in the development and engineering practices in Cambodia as well as in the region of GMS (Greater Mekong Subregion). The effective approach contributing to the success of this initiative, would require the formulization of the constructive relationship and effective cooperation of a number of professionals and engineers having technical and managerial skills in different disciplines of expertise as well as the commitment of continued support provided by the expatriate experts to the young generation of Cambodian elites.

Under the technical supervision and managerial support of the professional expatriates the dedicated team combined of Cambodian-return expatriate experts and highly qualified local engineers, economists and sociologists have been assembled to address consulting services for sustainable Development and Engineering Projects in Cambodia, in regard with the associated disciplines of:
